This all levels and will start with a dynamic warm up, a breakdown of all movements to ensure safety and then high intensity intervals to get you moving and sweating quickly. These all levels workouts are guaranteed to build strength and endurance. 60 minutes of cardio, some weighted movements(kettle bells, medicine balls, dumbbells, but no barbells).
